Love thy Neighbor: RI - IPL's ongoing work with Project 20/20, (free CFL bulbs and installation for low-income families) has referred 250 families to date. Over the life of the bulbs we can project a reduction in carbon emissions by an estimated 3,249,500 lbs, cost savings of $250,000 and reduced overall energy consumption by 2,425,000 kwh.
